This fun yoga based class is perfect to restart your exercise routine after having a baby, or if you are a dad (yes, dads are welcome!) to spend some quality time with your little one.  We will work on mobility, core strength, leg activation, arm sculpting and balance. All done with a good dose of fun a cuddles for our babies.

 

This class is suitable from birth to pre-crawlers.

No sling needed for this session. We will mainly have our babies joining us on the mat or in our arms.
